This entire site is designed to provide first-time buyers with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions throughout the entire buying process. From deciding if it's really time to buy to making an offer and closing on the deal, we are here to help every step of the way.

As an experienced Realtor, Riley works every day with individuals just like you who are going through the home-buying process for the very first time. While buying a house is often exciting, at FirstHomeBuyer101.com, we understand it can also be quite daunting for buyers who do not know what to expect.
We believe if you are armed with solid information, much of the angst that goes along with buying a home can be alleviated. When you're more comfortable with the process, you'll enjoy it more. About Our Founder
Bill Riley is a Broker Associate with McGraw Realtors. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. Prior to joining the real estate field, Riley spent 27 years managing contracts for Sodexho/Marriott. His entire career has been focused on customer service, which is what helped him to make such an easy transition into the real estate world.
Riley is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, the Bartlesville Association of Realtors and the Council of Residential Specialists.
Bill is driven by a strong, focused, customer-first philosophy. He believes when customers are taken care of with professionalism, they will take care of his business. While he acknowledges that home buying is like taking an emotional roller coaster ride, he's fully committed to making it a fun experience that ends with a successful purchase of a home.
